Why did you start meditation?

Because I felt I was lost, I didn’t feel joy or satisfaction in what I was doing in my life. I knew something was missing in my life at the time, and I went looking for myself and my bigger purpose. Through Sahaja Yoga meditation I found all I was looking for.

What is your advice for people who want to start meditation?

Try to be disciplined, to regularly meditate because then the results will be faster. It helps to be honest with yourself, if you want to get into meditation, then try and commit. As long as you try your best Sahaja Yoga meditation will definitely work for anyone.

What is the most important lesson you learned from Shri Mataji?

We should reach a point where we accept and love everyone, which has helped me to enjoy my life to the fullest.
