Meditation for Everyone: Sahaja Yoga Europe Tour 2026
This summer take the opportunity to meet our international volunteers and get introduced to Sahaja Yoga meditation. There will be numerous opportunities to try out the Self Realisation exercise, unique to Sahaja Yoga.
We look forward to seeing you at one of the following dates and locations. All the meditation sessions at the stall will be free of cost. On the final day, in Amsterdam the meditation sessions at will be combined with Indian music and dance. Giving you a chance to feel the united the beauty of art combined with inner silence.
