Even in these intense and troubled times, one can achieve inner peace and balance through meditation.
Starting on October 1st, we’re offering a 16-week meditation course in Den Haag. Whether you’re looking for ways to reduce stress, improve sleep, overcome fears, improve attention, or simply experience a deeper sense of well-being, we’d like to invite you to come and meditate with us.
The workshops take place every Tuesday at 19.00h and are free of charge.
Sahaja Yoga meditation techniques represent an established practice that helps to:
- Reduce stress
- Improve sleep and capacity to relax
- Overcome fears and anxieties
- Improve attention/focus and learning capacity
- Achieve deep inner satisfaction
- Expand awareness
- Enjoy a peaceful state
Every workshop is organized as follows:
- Guided meditation
- Explanation on chakras and the subtle system of the human body
- Training the skills which help to deal better with a day-to-day “life whirlpool”
- Learning various cleansing methods of the subtle system
- Tea and cookies!
No prior experience is needed, feel welcome!

As instructors, we do not receive any remuneration, Sahaja Yoga belongs to our hobbies.
If you can’t join the first session and plan to start later (from October 8th), simply let us know two days in advance, and arrive at 18:30h to receive a personal introduction to Sahaja Yoga.
