Start your journey of self-discovery through Sahaja Yoga meditation in 2026! By meditating regularly, we can become less stressed and more able to just enjoy life! And we can also cope better in those difficult moments.
Sahaja Yoga is a unique method that enables us to become thoughtless through the awakening of our inner energy, the Kundalini. As a result, we feel more at peace with ourselves, others and the world around us.
In each session: two guided meditations, a presentation, video(s) plus exercises to awaken our inner energy and cleanse our subtle system. See the course overview (pdf).
Plus optional:
– additional guided meditations on Mondays and Wednesdays;
– mentorship.
