Free Meditation Classes for beginners starting on the 23rd of January 2024 in Amstelveen.
Sahaja Yoga meditation will help to balance your mental, physical and emotional health. These 13 free sessions are hosted in person and online. We strongly recommend you come in person to enjoy the effects of meditating collectively. However if you live far away we have online zoom sessions availale.
