12 week meditation course

In January 2023 we will be starting a new course in Amsterdam! The course can be followed online & live. Sign up soon since places are limited: https://meeting.sahajayoga.nl/register

We strongly encourage you to come in person if you’re living in Amsterdam. We’re just 5 minutes’ walk from Amstel train station. If you live further away, you can also join online. Every week we introduce new material, so you can only join the course until 2 February.
